Standard Delivery is free of charge for all orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire).
Christmas Delivery
In order for us to guarantee Christmas delivery, your order must be placed by 12 noon on Tuesday 20th December. After that we will do our best to get it to you for Christmas, but it will depend on Royal Mail
How long
Items ordered before 2.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays will normally be dispatched that day and delivered within 2 days, except Chariot Trailers, Chariot Baby Slings. Weber Baby Seats, Croozer Trailers, Puky Bikes, Puky Go-Cartsand BOB trailers, which take 3-5 working days to arrive.
Orders taken on Friday (after 2.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday.
You will be notified when you order has been dispatched.
If for any reason there is any delay in sending out your order we will notify you by email.
Who delivers my order
Smaller Items addressed within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands are sent First Class by Royal Mail, larger items such as Chariot Baby Slings and Weber baby seats are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, Chariot Trailers, Croozer Trailers, Puky Bikes, Puky Go-Carts and BOB trailers are sent by courier and need signing for on delivery. Any item over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Special delivery and will need signing for on delivery.
What to do if there is a problem?
