Another excellent scooter from PUKY. The R04L is designed for children aged from four years or 105 cm in height. It is robustly built with ball bearing hubs and a superb foot and caliper rear brake. The front brake is designed for smaller hands and the lever is adjustable and the spring tension is lighter than on an adult brake thus allowing for good control. This scooter will provide some exciting riding while the brakes will provide a good measure of control!
