We hope that any goods we supply you are correct but if not please find below our returns policy, which does not affect your statutory rights:
Damaged goods:
If any product that is purchased is damaged or faulty we will either exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge, or provide a full refund (excluding any postage charges) provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging, with all labels still attached. Please allow 7 days for us to process the return/refund.
Unwanted goods:
If for whatever reason you change your mind after the goods have been dispatched, then please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached to the address below within 7 days and we will provide a full refund (excluding any postage charges). You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Exchange goods:
If any product that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct size for you then we will exchange it for the correct size provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing, with all labels still attached within 7 days. You will need to pay the postage charges on the return to us, but we will pay the postage charges on the first replacement item.
Returning goods:
It is advisable that when returning products to us that you use a recorded delivery service as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
